Financial Literacy
Our programs advocating for financial literacy and employability are:
-
Alabama Nonviolent Offenders Organization's "Brighter Futures" - Removes barriers for re-entry into society for nonviolent offenders, who have paid their debt to society, through a strong case management support system.
-
Cornerstone Initiative - Assists neighbors in working together to develop their own community by addressing multiple types of poverty in the 35805 community of Huntsville.
-
Phoenix - Improves the quality of life, self-sufficiency, and employability primarily for individuals with disabilities (evaluation services, job coaching & placement, as well as other support).
-
Still Serving Veterans' "Community Resources Navigation Program" - Connects veterans and families with community resouces, especially employment and related financial issues, combining a strong referral and case management delivery system.
