Early Education
Our partners and programs advocating for early education are:
- Born Learning – United Way’s signature early learning program providing families with preschool-aged children and the professionals who work with them, necessary resources to prepare for kindergarten (Wonder Walks for 3-5 year old learning available in five locations in our county. An online early learning portal for both parents and educators was created with Village of Promise, Greengate School, and United Way of Madison County. - Heart of the Valley YMCA's "Early Childhood Education" - Provides a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate high-quality early learning environment that supports families and children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, moving toward school success.
- Village of Promise's "Promise Preparatory Early Childhood Development" - Provides high-quality, affordable, full-day early childhood education for Infant through 4-year-olds, five days a week.
